Belated Birthday Present

I came home and found a package at my door. It was from a dear friend in Washington DC. Hi C.! She is very thoughtful.

    You CRACK ME over (as my French stepfather used to mangle up when trying to say).

    AND, I love the play-by-play in opening the gift. I felt like I was actually there! What a way to bridge the miles. :)

    But, you missed blogging about why I chose the candle...it's POMEGRANATE!!! [Helll-low...your fav bev from Rosa's?!?]

    Okay, and the whole 'flameless' thing? It's merely for your safety, friend. You being 40 and all (I'm just say'n).

    @Cat - I am very glad you enjoyed the pictures almost as much as I enjoyed making this little project.

    Yes, and about the pomegranate reference ... I plead the fifth because ... I can. :-p And thanks for looking out for this ol' man.

    Ya... you better be grinning. Not too much though... you are as bad as I am.

    But consider this... this is only my second overall theme change this year. Lot's of tweaks of course but only two major overhauls :).

    LOL on the flameless part. That was pretty dang funny.

    You could say you've traded in your flame for THE Flame (Holy Spirit). But... I digress.
