I love th art at the top of th page, Very nice ! But Randy, I live in New England and I am going through withdraw from spring. This theme is a but "fall" for me. Can we have some bright happy spring colors and save this beautiful theme for fall!

No problema. It's good feedback. I really don't keep up with "in season" colors but some friends were saying that deep red is the way to go this summer.
Regardless, I don't have any other banners worked up at the moment. I was hoping for a classic color scheme to tide over for a while.

Well, I just changed the background from a deep blue based red to the orangey color. That kinda' lightens it up and brings out the orange elements in the banner.

Dear ABC Extreme Home Makeover, I keep making requests at this website to be your next Makeover Candidate and you never reply, call, or even spam-email me. I can't degrade myself any futher. What do you expect me to do, cut off my broadband connection to my dumpster which I've been living in for the past 3 years (Google Cache Archive)? I cannot make myself more destitute than I already am! Why do you pleople at ABC dislike me so much?

It’s nice, Randy—stock can be boring. I also think having a change helps prevent the look and feel of a blog from becoming stagnant. The date and ‘Post a comment’ are a bit big for me. Could you look at shrinking them down but increasing the titles’ point size? (Just a suggestion.)

Jack, I have no idea what point size is and honestly, I kind of like them standing out a bit. I don't have time during the week but I will play around with it a bit this weekend.
