Verra, verra nice. As usual. Although (also as usual) there is nothing usual about any of your art, Randy. Always new, always fresh, but always distinctive as yours.

I like this one. Restful and interesting at once. Good name, too.

Thank you ladies and Kurt I can totally relate.
Now, The Trainer is a nice person but he would have pushed me off the diving board and then pulled me out of the water to push me off again until I was comfortable diving on my own. Each time encouraging me on what I did right and where I needed to improve.
I think there is a place for both approaches. ;)

Randy, I gotta say...now that I'm older and wiser, I fully agree!

    ready to dive."

I'll never forget the positive, encouraging way he handled that, and indeed, I dove (in adulthood) when I was READY to dive.

Randy, Living Water - it's beautiful! I haven't been by in awhile and I noticed it looks like you're on Typepad now. The site looks great as does your artwork. God bless you, Nat.

Congrats on your workout regimen. I've been slacking off on what the doctor has been ordering for me. I have very high cholesterol so he wants me to RUN RUN RUN. Arrgh. I was great earlier this year but lost momentum. I hope you are able to continue. It just makes you feel so much better to be healthy, doesn't it?

It does! I really enjoy it now. It's also very weird (and wonderful) in that I don't have the carb cravings like I used too.

Steve, I pray you will find your way back to the treadmill. Not that you need my cheerleading. Maybe we could do simultaneous cardio VLogs? ::: laugh :::

Not so sure I want that picture of me going public :).

I need to go to the doctor for a check up. I can't remember the last time I did so.
