Happy Housewarming, Randy. It can be a hassle sometimes (like right now as I'm having some serious work done at mine), but sometimes still I pull in to the drive or walk up to it and I think "That's my house!" It's a good feeling.

Yes, it is a good thing. I find that it really has changed my piorities... big time. It is a good feeling once the nerves settled.
