I can honestly say I have not ever met a person from Boston I didn't like. BUT, Brenna Kater is probably my favorite. :)

"Big Brother just fainted" - lol
    Great update post Randy.
Having grown up in Boston, I have found them to be 'ultra liberal' but a lot more welcoming (vs condescending) then say, those from NH/VT or even her in Philadelphia (the city of brotherly shove, I mean uh, lust, no uh, LOVE).
God also seems to honor honesty w/o deceit, too. Funny how that works.
    Blessings!

PS: See you a week from tomorrow.

You know what's so funny about this post, Randy, back when I used to comment on exgaywatch, I said something like "We're all progressives here, right?" And one of the regulars there really took exception to that assumption. I soon ascertained that I was a little too much of a New Agey feminist tree-hugger for that crowd.

Hi Kurt. Well, I welcome you no matter what your label. Just don't anger me or I'll cry.

That's pretty funny AND cool. The point is, they identified with you at a deeper level than just political stance. I love how in the Gospels, Jesus blew everyone's minds... the every day folks and the leaders of the day. Even Pilate. He wasn't a firebrand for anything except God himself.
God refuses to be put in a box, and it's awesome when we get to share with Him in that dynamic!
    Way to go, Randy.
Hey... why don't you come and speak at our church sometime?

    @Mike Turner -
Cool. I would love to come speak at your church. Have them call the office :).

@Randy - Ok... but I just might do a running jump hug and tackle you when you get here. :-)

It would be good to see you too Mike.

@Randy - Uhm, yeah, that's the phrase I meant to use.. "It would be great to see you Randy."
(Note to self... inviting people to come to your church with promises of bodily assault, no matter how affectionate, might negate the invitation!)
See... I have self control. ;-p

Not Your Typical 24 Hours - An Epic Travel Story

Yesterday Alan and I went to Toronto. We were going to fly in and have meetings all day, stay the evening and fly back this morning. The meeting itself was awesome and wrapped up a lot quicker than expected. The...
