I love this post, Julie and I will pray for Jay. I think Thomas' doubt was his way of protecting his heart from disappointment.

If heaven has a Taco Bell, I hope I live on the other side of town. Or ... just like how your cousin Jay will be transformed from physical hurt and broken-ness into a glorious heavenly body - perfect and new and redeemed ... the Taco Bell will be transformed into a righteous carne asada taco stand with celestial cilantro and godly guacamole.

And pre day at the beach breakfast burritos. With enough cilantro for both of us, along with salsa fresca and verde. And maybe fresh squeezed orange juice. With In-n-Out for lunch.
