Oh, I can so very relate. I'm sorry for all the annoyances.

That's ok and it's not like they all happen at once. I am sure there are even more.

It's nice to know I am not the only one who notices these things. :)

ya know, I have been in that Greensboro airport a time or two myself... quite a unique group there. Loved the list, can totally relate!

You can relate to the bwoohaha or to dressing up Goth? :)

Yeah, those Greensboro-ans. They are crazy hectic busy messes! (again MORE sarcasm.) They were so relaxed ... well except the drunk ones. They were demanding.

I don’t like those folks who take up more than one seat, putting their bags up so that no one else will sit next to them.
As to the cologne problem, it’s not too bad. I once boarded a plane where another passenger had mutant BO. I had to make sure not to stand downwind from him when we boarded!

    FYI
The stewards who work for Egypt Air smell wonderful. Actually, most Egyptian men smell fantastic - they are into that there.

And I was thankful that on my recent flight I'm the size that I am (ave. height.) The two guys next to me were over 6 feet tall. Whew - poor knees!

Oh, and Randy, on perfume/cologne, I HEAR you. I think fragrance should be only something you smell on a person if you are really really close to them. Ever shake someones hand or get a hug and smell like that person for the rest of the day?

Thanks for your perspective DM. I am all for smelling clean and nice but not for smelling so much that it sets off homeland security detectors.

How about window-seat people who have to keep getting up for one reason or another...or being a window-seat person, needing to use the lav, and the guy next to you is sound asleep. Or how about every time they hand you your drink the plane enters "bumpy air"...that always happens to me! gripe gripe gripe...I actually like travelling by plane :) but those are my peaves.

Yeah bumpy air is not cool. Especially if you are drawing ... or afraid of bumpy air. And yes, I CAN'T handle it when I give someone a hug and have to smell their perfume for the rest of the day.

Especially if it is some really really bad cologne or whatever...

    Noxious.

    Good to see you Joyella.
